Math TAKS

Knowledge and understanding of underlying processes and mathematical tools are critical for students to be able to apply mathematics in their everyday lives. Problems that occur in the real world often require the use of multiple concepts and skills. Students should be able to recognize mathematics as it occurs in real-life problem situations, generalize from mathematical patterns and sets of examples, select an appropriate approach to solving a problem, solve the problem, and then determine whether the answer is reasonable. Expressing problem situations in mathematical language and symbols is essential to finding solutions to real-life questions. These concepts allow students to communicate clearly and use logical reasoning to make sense of their world. Students can then connect the concepts they have learned in mathematics to other disciplines and to higher mathematics. Through an understanding of the basic ideas found in Objective 6, students will be able to analyze and solve real-world problems. Trouble

The four things that I have trouble with is.Ratios,Fractions,Geomergy,and Algerbra.Those four things are like my pet pevs.They are what get me out of my sleepy mode.Cause they are so hard.When ever I do those four things.They kind of give me a headace.But I t kind of feels good cause after that then it goes away and I get in my math mode.So they are good.Then they are bad.
The first thing that I have trouble with is Algbra.Even thogh it is at the botem of the list.That is my one bigeest pet peves.Like I medtion in the introduction.When I do algebra they give me headaces.And the problems like four x Y = 27 that is what gets on my nerves. I wish that algebara would be a little easier. Like problems like {4x5}= 13x 4= 56 something like that you know.
The second thing that is my pet pev. Is Ratios. They als ogive me headaces cause that hole thing like to divde and multiply that gets on my nerves cause i dont what they say or what they mean. They raitos that I get is the fractions part.And they are confusing with fraction.They sould call it fraction pt 2
The people that can help me is basicly everybody.Cause when I asked for help any body will help me.

Brain Storm

The topic and the name of my game is called Charlies Angles.My game will be a fun and action game.It will have a bunch of cool thing for you to experience.This will be the time of your computer life.The concept is to teach kids education . And the concept is to have fun . And the other thing is to teach you math . That is what I would like to teach kids math . By using a game.The topic is to be math.I want to teach multiplication and division.My goal is to teach kids math.Cause when I grow up I want to be a math teacher.I will look at different game genres. I will take the time to do the research.My will look like two players a agent and or a angle. The agent is the boy and the angle is the girl .So you pick if you want a boy or girl. And they each have different powers.The boy has weapons and the girl can use Kung foo for there powers.And they pick were they want there mission to be. Like a crime or a president in trouble.And it has different levels. They only have 5 levels. And when you go through the levels you will come across different multiplication and division problems in a certain of amount of time.And the first level is is to go through the maze to get the criminal .The second level is to save the cow from going to the glue corporation.The third level is to save the citizen from getting killed.The fourth level is to catch the two halo ring they can make any man or woman powerful by wearing the ring.The last level is to save the president by going through the maze and go through the town and city then you get to the white house and save the president.That is how you play,Charlies Agents And Angles.

Math pt 3

What Im greatful for learning how to convert fractions.I thing that this is important to me cause at first I did not know how to do this kind of activity.I think that is very useful cause if I have a job as a internuy which means I did not go to collage anyway if I had a job about that I would have to know how to convert fraction to a deciamal or a percenteges.And one other job is to be a educator I would have to kow math.I am so thankful to know this stuff and to have a great teacher So THANK YOU Ms Penticuff.

Math pt 2


I think that I did very good but whaen I got my test back I found out that I did not do good.My scoore was a bad grade but I will try my best again and again until I get it right.


I could go to school and do a good job. That means that no fighting and no fooling around. Geting good grades.And to always obey my parents and teachers.And to do my work al l the time.
